My research interests include researching the influence of family context, parenting practices on children's development. Recently, I have focused on the association of positive psychology and parenting practices, parental burnout, and children's outcomes. In addition, I am also interested in positive education, grounded on my hands-on early childhood education [ECE] teaching and counseling experience and observation toward ECE pedagogy philosophy. I aim to research and apply positive psychology into ECE to help teachers and students found they authentic happiness and satisfaction with their job.

Risks, Resources, and Consequences of Parental Burnout
Goal: This project explores the causes and consequences of parental burnout syndrome. At the same time, we also wanted to explore what factors help protect parents from this syndrome, especially mindfulness, self-compassion, and parenting practices. In the present project, we carry out on the Vietnamese participants with both Quantitative and Qualitative approaches.
Exploring the preschool teachers' well-being in Vietnam context
Goal: We use multi methodologies and approaches to explore and understand the preschool teachers' well-being and how the school climate influences this phenomenon.
