Getting to Aarhus:
From Copenhagen airport:
There are three options, organized from cheapest to most expensive (in general),
Bus (Flixbus or Kombardo) from bus central outside airport to Aarhus central station. The Kombardo bus takes the ferry part of the way. (~4 hours)
Train from Copenhagen airport. There are some departures directly to Aarhus central station, others require a change at Copenhagen Central station. (There are many trains on this route, travel time ranges from ~3 hours for the fast ones to ~4.5 hours for the slower ones)
Regional flight from Copenhagen airport to Aarhus airport then bus 925X to Aarhus central station (note that you must book a seat on the bus in advance) (~2 hours).
From Billund airport:
Take bus 912X toward Aarhus from outside terminal. Arrive at Aarhus central station (~1.5 hours)
Take bus 43 to Vejle station then train to Aarhus central station (~2 hours)
From Aarhus central station:
Take bus 100 towards Odder Busterminal. Get off at Mindeparken / Oddervej (6 stops) (~10 min). The hotel is a ~5 min walk from the bus stop.
