Nancy Geraldo

I am certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Legal Document Preparer.  I have been in the legal field since 2006.  My first legal position was in personal injury and shortly thereafter, with Yuma County Superior Court. While working for Yuma County Superior Court, I gained a significant amount of experience in clerical and trial procedures.  

Thereafter, I spent eleven years working for a law firm specialising in estate planning.  I handled all probate, trust administration, business formation, and advanced planning clients.  During that time, I also assisted with the drafting of estate planning portfolios, which included trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other miscellaneous related documents.  I also became a Notary Public. 

In 2009, I expanded my professional experience by obtaining my Arizona Real Estate license, allowing me to later work for a large commercial brokerage firm where I was able to combine both my legal and real estate skills.  I have most definitely been blessed to work for and with incredible mentors.  

The passion I have for helping others through the legal field has allowed me to have my own private office. My experience in the legal field since 2006, combined with my real estate experience since 2009, provides me with a valuable skill set that allows me to assist my clients efficiently and effectively, all while saving them thousands in fees.  

I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I am able to assist clients all over the Country in need of services in Arizona. I work with long-distance clients via email, telephone, and mail services to assist with stressful long-distance situations.
