The story of N. G. Latoza Construction and Construction Supply began with a vision for excellence in Civil Engineering. Between 1981 and 1995, our founder, Nepomoceno G. Latoza, gained extensive experience with diverse infrastructure projects, both in the Philippines and abroad, including significant works in Saudi Arabia and Libya.

Inspired by this global experience, Mr. Latoza returned home to contribute to the modernization of private and government infrastructure in the countryside. The company was officially registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on November 6, 1995, followed by accreditation from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) on March 7, 1996.

Over nearly 30 years, we have evolved from a small local firm into a comprehensive engineering and construction provider. 

Today, we are proud to be a Platinum Member of PhilGEPS and a trusted partner for major entities like Metro Lipa Water District, BATELEC II, LIMA Land Aboitiz, Royal Cargo, and various private developers.
