Welcome to another exciting year of high school swimming as the Northgate/Avonworth swim and dive team looks to continue their success in the water. This year we welcome a group of new freshman to the team as well as a new senior swimmer, and another diver! We invite you to come cheer on the flame-a-lopes at an upcoming home meet. You are welcome to come watch in person at the Northgate High school pool (address listed below). There is a small entrance fee of 2 - 3 dollars per person for each home meet. Cash only please. A small concession selection is also available during the meet. We hope to see you there!

About:

Northgate School District and Avonworth School District combine to field Varsity and Middle School swim and dive teams. The Northgate / Avonworth Varsity Swim and Dive team competes in the WPIAL and PIAA AA classification.

The Varsity swim season runs from November through March.

The Middle School season takes place from March to May. Practices and meets are held at Northgate High School located at 591 Union Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15202.
