To maintain transparency and financial security, all clients applying for lease-to-own must meet the following minimum requirements:
Valid company registration certificate in any African country.
Valid tax clearance certificate.
Operational license or certification relevant to your aviation activity (e.g., AOC, AMO, ROC, or ATO).
Latest 6 months financial statements.
Proof of business address and operational site.
Company representative’s ID or passport copy.
Proof of registration and regulatory compliance.
Business plan or project proposal outlining intended use of the equipment.
At least one industry reference or technical partner endorsement.
All equipment remains insured by NGAP Global during the lease period.
Equipment may not be transferred, subleased, or resold during the lease term.
Early ownership transfer is possible upon full payment settlement.
