On the Job training in the UAE.
At NGAP Learn Hub, we believe that real experience is the bridge between learning and becoming a professional. Our On-Job Training (OJT) programs in the United Arab Emirates are designed to give students practical exposure in active aircraft maintenance environments — where theory meets hands-on experience.
The OJT programs are ideal for graduates who have successfully completed a full Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) program and wish to enhance their technical skills through direct industry engagement. Each program is structured to meet the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, ensuring participants gain credible, globally recognized experience.
Through NGAP Learn Hub’s partnerships with leading maintenance organizations across the UAE, students can choose placements that match their specialization — whether in line maintenance or base maintenance environments. These placements are offered at some of the UAE’s most respected facilities, including Gulf Aircraft Engineering Services (Sharjah), Global Jet (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah), Etihad Engineering (Abu Dhabi), Kuwait Airways (Dubai), and Mach Technik (Dubai).
Our OJT programs are available for durations of six months or one year, depending on your professional development goals. Each package includes full administrative and welfare support such as a UAE student visa for the training period, Emirates ID, health insurance, and airport access pass. This ensures that every participant can focus on developing their technical and operational competencies without administrative burden.
During your OJT, you will be attached to experienced engineers and technicians, gaining insight into real aircraft maintenance processes — from inspections and repairs to component replacement and airworthiness procedures. This direct exposure helps learners apply their classroom knowledge to live aircraft systems while building professional habits that meet industry expectations.
Upon completion of the OJT, participants receive official documentation and logbook endorsements confirming their training duration and scope, which significantly enhances employability in both local and international aviation markets.
