Played key role in the strategic sale of the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade, among largest state-owned banks in Vietnam. Advised on sale of 20% stake to Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (major Japanese bank) for $743 million in 2012, a landmark deal in Vietnam’s financial markets, and was J.P. Morgan’s Asia Deal of the Year.
