hosted by the New Faculty Committee!
The New Faculty Institute (NFI), is a year-long program designed to support all new faculty as you get acclimated to the campus and transition into your new role. This program is a faculty learning community consisting of professional development, mentoring, community-building activities, and academic support. Each aspect of the New Faculty Institute was designed to foster a culture of teaching excellence and service that embraces inclusion, equity, diversity, justice, and the implementation of evidence-based practices.

Build Community
Collaborate with other faculty
