HEAD COACH: Nicki Deal

Nicki Deal is a native of Rockford, Illinois was a dual athlete at University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), hitter on the volleyball team and center on the women's basketball team. She previously coached at Pebble Hills High School and El Dorado. Coach Deal is on a mission to mold our players into resilient individuals prepared to overcome the numerous challenges that awaits. Married in 2004 and has four children.
