Our first official fundraiser for the 25-26 season is going to be a Chivetta's Chicken BBQ & Car Wash on August 24th.  Please complete this form to place an order for each person that you sell a Chiavetta's dinner to.  You can complete this form multiple times.  Whoever you sell the dinner to can show up at the gym on August 24th between 3pm and 6pm to pick up their meals.  They will not need a ticket to pick up their meals as meals will be under their name.  

This year we are asking each athlete to sell at least 8 meals per household. Please drop off payment by check only to the gym and have ALL orders in by Wednesday, August 13th. You can now also pay using PayPal, Venmo and apple pay by using the links on our home page.

*Please note, we have to pay for each dinner that is sold and not picked up (this leads to a lot of wasted food and money). So this year, we are asking that if you are not interested in selling Chiavetta dinners and picking them up, can you please leave a donation instead.  Remember- the more we fundraise the less we have to pay in assessment fees!  

Want to volunteer for the carwash and BBQ?  Gymnasts and their parents will be needed to wash cars and package up meals/ deliver to cars.  All gymnasts are able to volunteer but under 10 will need a parent to attend with them.  Please keep in mind, this will take place in the gym parking lot so we want to be sure volunteers are wanting to help as we want to keep it a safe and fun fundraiser!
