Expectations of President

• Serve as the face of the organization

• coordinate meetings

• Works with the directors to run both softball and baseball 

  • helping with tournaments

  • coaches' meetings

  • dual county meetings

  • master diamond schedule

  • fiscal budget

  • parent/player issues

• Main point of contact with the Village and School District or North Fond du Lac

• Collaborates with the secretary to draft correspondence

• Run Social Media

Expectations of the Director of Softball:

• Serves as the leader of youth softball program operations

• Runs the day to day operation of youth softball with assistance of the President

• Attend Dual County meetings

• Home Tournament Director 

• Main point of contact for coaches

• Conflict resolution

• Manage practice and game schedules (Master diamond schedule)

• Monitor/report/acquire organizational equipment needs

• Manages softball travel team(s) funds and operations with support of the Treasurer and President

Expectations of the Treasurer:

• Oversees all finances for the organization

• Works with the Directors to manage finances and transactions for travel team programs

• Maintaining bank account and records, fiscal budget, tax filing, and is the primary financial institution contact
