Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates the NFC Tool (Reader & Writer) mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly on our servers. All data generated by the App, such as scanned NFC tag content or generated QR codes, is stored locally on your device.
To provide and improve our service, the App utilizes third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services
AdMob & Google Ad Services (Usage statistics and Ad ID for personalized advertising)
Unity Ads (Ad delivery and performance tracking)
Firebase Analytics (Crash reporting and app performance)
The App requires specific hardware permissions to function. These are used only for the purposes described:
NFC (Near Field Communication): Required to read from and write data to physical NFC tags.
Bluetooth (Connect & Scan): Used for advanced features such as Bluetooth pairing via NFC.
Camera: Used strictly for scanning QR codes.
Contacts: If you choose to write a contact to an NFC tag, the App requires access to your contacts to retrieve the information. We do not upload your contacts to any server.
Storage (Local Database): The App uses a local Room Database to save your scan history. This data never leaves your device unless you manually share it.
Your scan history and generated codes are stored locally. We do not have access to your saved tags or QR data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our App. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other apps in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Opt-out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android Device Settings (Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
