Skywork Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the NFC Reader & Writer mobile application (“App”).

1.1 NFC Tag Information
The App may access information stored on NFC tags when you intentionally scan a tag. This may include:

The App may also allow you to prepare and write information to compatible NFC tags.
NFC tag reading and writing generally takes place locally on your device. Skywork Technologies does not intentionally collect or store the content of the NFC tags you read or write on our servers unless clearly stated within a specific feature.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to read, copy, modify, or write information contained on an NFC tag.
1.2 QR Codes and Barcodes
If the App includes QR-code or barcode scanning features, it may use your device camera to scan codes.
Camera access is used only when you activate the scanning feature. Images captured for scanning are generally processed on your device and are not intentionally stored or uploaded by Skywork Technologies.
You may disable camera permission through your device settings, but QR-code or barcode scanning features may then become unavailable.
1.3 Information You Provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily provide when you:

We do not use NFC tag content for purposes unrelated to providing the feature requested by you.

We do not sell the private content of NFC tags that you read or write through the App.

Information processed locally through NFC reading, NFC writing, QR scanning, or barcode scanning generally remains on your device unless a specific feature clearly informs you otherwise.
Information processed by third-party analytics, advertising, billing, or crash-reporting providers may be retained according to their respective privacy policies.
Information you voluntarily provide to us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

You should avoid writing sensitive information to an NFC tag unless you understand the security and accessibility risks associated with that tag.

Depending on your device and Android version, you may be able to:

Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements from the App. It may result in advertisements that are based on general context rather than your interests.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the minimum legal age required to consent to data processing in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.

Skywork Technologies is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Accessing an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, the App may not respond to every signal.
You can use your device permissions, advertising preferences, and privacy settings to control certain data-processing activities.

Residents of California and certain other United States jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under applicable state laws.
