Md Neyamul Islam Shibbir

Hi, I am Neyamul,  a passionate engineer and researcher. 

I am a PhD Research Associate in the TruCyber Lab at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and also doing my PhD in Computer Science  there.  My current research interest is on CyberSecurity.  Particularly, I am working on Intrusion Detection System (IDS)  on Cyber Physical Systems (CPS).  Other than that, I have some research experience on Security/Privacy, ML, and HCI.

Previously, I was an engineer at Ding- a multinational mobile telecommunication company based in Dublin, Ireland. Before that, I was a lecturer of Computer Science and Engineering Department at Sylhet International University (SIU).

I received B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh in 2023.
