NexusF ("we", "us", "our") develops the ZooMatch mobile application. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data to ensure a safe experience for all users, including children ages 2 and up.
ZooMatch is a family-friendly game. We strictly follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.
We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If any personal data is inadvertently collected from a child, it is immediately deleted.
We do NOT collect names, emails, or phone numbers. We only collect anonymous technical data for game stability:
Device Data: Model, OS, and language.
Game Performance: Anonymous crash reports to fix bugs.
No Tracking: We do not track location or personal identifiers.
All in-app purchases are managed through Google Play Billing (v7.0.0).
We have no access to your credit card or financial details.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
For users under 13, we only show non-personalized, contextual ads that are safe for children.
Users have the right to request the deletion of any anonymous device-related data.
