Nexus FullCircle ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nexus FullCircle CRM mobile application (the "App"), an internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool built on Odoo, used by employees to manage contacts, sales leads and opportunities, quotations, and related documents and communications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the App.
This App is intended for use by employees and authorized personnel only. It is not intended for use by the general public.

- Employee login credentials (username/email and password, or single sign-on credentials) used to authenticate against our Odoo server
- Assigned salesperson/user identity and sales team

- Company details, including business address, and job title/function
- Country and state/region associated with a contact
### 1.3 Sales and Pipeline Information
- Leads and opportunities, including expected revenue, probability, priority, sales stage, and deadlines
- Quotations and sales orders, including line items, pricing, payment terms, and order status
- Product and pricelist information used to generate quotations
### 1.4 Attachments and Files
- Photos and documents you choose to attach to a contact, lead, or quotation record (e.g., business cards, signed documents, product photos), accessed via your device's camera or photo library with your permission
### 1.5 Communication and Activity Information
- Internal notes, messages, and email correspondence logged against CRM records ("chatter")
- Scheduled activities, reminders, and their completion status
### 1.6 Technical and Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Log data (e.g., crash reports, error logs, general usage activity) for maintaining app performance and security
We do not collect precise or background location data, and the App does not include employee attendance, timesheet, or time-off/leave features.
## 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App's core features (contact management, sales pipeline, quotations, attachments, and activity tracking)
- Authenticate users and maintain the security of company data
- Allow sales managers to view relevant records for legitimate business purposes
- Generate and send quotations and sales documents to customers
- Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the App
- Comply with applicable laws, company policies, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Data collected through the App is stored on our organization's Odoo server infrastructure.
- Information is accessible only to authorized personnel, such as sales managers and IT staff, on a need-to-know basis.
