The Following contains the content of all anomalies currently stored within Site-██, including description, containment procedures, and any additional information required that may relate to the containment/re-containment of the anomaly.
Class Description
Safe Class: Anomalies that require little to no resources to contain/maintain, and often are kept in containment by simply being left alone. Being safe does not mean that the SCP is not dangerous, just easy to contain.
Euclid Class: Anomalies that are unpredictable or require a more complex/costly recontainment method, or otherwise require a more active method to maintain. Such anomalies are usually sentient or otherwise difficult to understand fully.
Keter Class: Anomalies that are extremely aggressive or actively dangerous to any and all around it. These anomalies often require a very large amount of time and/or resources to contain and keep contained, or require a very complex system of methods to keep contained. Such anomalies are almost always seriously life threatening to the human race.

SCP-131-A & B
SCP-999
SCP-1025
SCP-1370
SCP-527
SCP-529
SCP-714
SCP-662
SCP-500
Anomaly Description
SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B are a pair of teardrop-shaped creatures roughly 30 cm (1 ft) in height, with a single blue eye in the middle of their bodies. SCP-131-A is burnt orange in color while SCP-131-B is mustard yellow. The subjects can move surprisingly fast, covering over 60 m (200 ft) in a matter of seconds due to the wheel-like protrusion which allows for locomotion. The subjects seem to be able to communicate with each other via an untranslatable high-pitched babbling. The subjects have never been observed to blink, even in laboratories when the subjects have been videotaped for over 18 consecutive hours.
Behavior
The subjects seem to have the intelligence of common house cats and are insatiably curious. Most of the time they simply roll around the facility, observing personnel at work and catching peeks at other Safe class SCPs. The subjects seem to respond well to any affection given to them and will quickly bond to the giver of said affection, much in the same way a puppy bonds with a human being. They will follow anyone or anything they've made a bond with anywhere, even into normally restricted areas. Although curious, the subjects can sense danger in their general vicinity, and if the object of their bond begins to approach something they register as dangerous (e.g., Euclid or Keter class objects) they will swarm around their bonded companion's feet (or appropriate extremities) while babbling in a panicked tone, as if to warn them.
Containment Procedures
No special safety procedures are to be taken with SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B. They are free to travel about Site-[##] so long as they do not attempt to enter any restricted areas or attempt to leave the facility. You may led them away from restricted area's/surface elevator. If found in an restricted area, you may tell them to leave however due to their nature, it is not needed to remove them unless requested by foundation personnel. However if they are found to be heading towards the surface area, you must treat these anomalies fairly and asking them to step away from the EZ to Surface Elevator. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of the SCP-131 instance's will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be harshly reprimand.
SCP-999 "The Tickle Monster"
Anomaly Description
SCP-999 appears to be a large, amorphous, gelatinous mass of translucent orange slime, weighing about 54 kg (120 lbs) with a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. Subject’s size and shape is easily malleable and can change shape at will, though when at rest, SCP-999 becomes a rounded, oblate dome roughly 2 meters wide and 1 meter in height. The surface of SCP-999 consists of a thin, transparent membrane similar to that of an animal cell roughly .5 cm thick, and is highly elastic. The rest of SCP-999's body is filled with a viscous orange substance of unknown chemical makeup, though it is capable of digesting organic materials with ease. Simply touching SCP-999’s surface causes an immediate mild euphoria, which intensifies the longer one is exposed to SCP-999, and lasts long after separation from the creature.
Behavior
Subject’s temperament is best described as playful and dog-like: when approached, SCP-999 will often react with overwhelming elation, slithering over to the nearest person and leaping upon them, “hugging” them with a pair of pseudopods while nuzzling the person’s face with a third pseudopod, all the while emitting high-pitched gurgling and cooing noises. The surface of SCP-999 emits a pleasing odor that differs with whomever it is interacting with. Subject’s favorite activity is "tickle-wrestling", often by completely enveloping a person from the neck down and tickling them until asked to stop. SCP-999 has never been found to purposefully attempt to harm others, and will immediately back away and contract its body into a quivering mound while gurgling in a matter similar to a whimpering dog, seemingly "apologizing" for hurting someone on accident. While the creature will interact with anyone, it seems to have a special interest in those who are unhappy or hurt in any way. Persons suffering from crippling depression or PTSD, for example, have reported having a far more positive outlook on life after multiple interactions with SCP-999. In addition to its playful behavior, SCP-999 seems to love all lifeforms and SCP-939 even risking its own life to save others, on one occasion leaping in front of a person to take a bullet fired at them (subject’s intellect is still up for debate: though its behavior is infantile, it seems to understand human speech and most modern technology, including guns). SCP-999’s diet consists entirely of candy and sweets, with M&M’s™ and Necco™ wafers being its favorites. Its eating methods are similar to those of an amoeba.
Containment Procedures
SCP-999 is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to, Subject is not allowed out of facility grounds at any time. All foundation personnel are allowed inside SCP-999’s vicinity, but only if they are not assigned to other tasks at the time, or if they are on break. SCP-999 is allowed into restricted area's due to its nature unless told otherwise by foundation personnel. If SCP-999 disrupts the working order of foundation personnel, you may ask it nicely to vacate your premises or feed SCP-999 with its favorite candy and lead it away from your working area. If found trying to leave the facility, you may also lure SCP-999 with candy and if SCP-999 does not seem interested with its usual favorite's, other alternatives may be taken to affect like attracting it with another brand of candy, or getting someone who has experience mental anguish (Someone who is feeling sad/depressed/hurt) if candy doesn't work. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-999 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be harshly reprimand.
SCP-1025 "Encyclopedia Of Disease's"
Anomaly Description
SCP-1025 is a hardcover book, approximately 1,500 pages long. The front cover and spine feature the title "The Encyclopedia of Common Diseases." The publisher's page indicates the book was printed in 19██ by █████ Press. No other copies of a book with that title and publisher have been found, and no record of the publisher exists.
Behavior
Readers of the book seem to exhibit symptoms of any disease they read about. The effect can take between █ and ██ hours to manifest. Possible evidence from Addendum 1025-01: Test Log that SCP-1025 can override natural immunities and may get rid of all signs of a illness after death making SCP-1025 more insidious. SCP-1025 may have an ability to remove vital organs from the perceptional view of those around it. Evidence also surmounted that item's anomalous properties can cause generation of diseases other than those researched by the victim, and without direct viewing of reading material. I have no idea how far up the chain of command this "hypochondria by proxy" effect can reach, or how it works, and frankly, I see no benefit in learning. SCP-1025's anomalous ability affects the minds of those who either read or are around it causing a hypochondria effect around these "hosts" thinking that these disease's are occurring through the book when the patient in reality is completely normal. SCP-1025 may have an unnoticed Cognitohazardous effect.
Containment Procedures
SCP-1025 is to be kept in a passcode-secured locker inside Site-[##]'s Bio-Containment Area (Item SCP Room). Unauthorized foundation personnel who try to use SCP-1025 is subjected to the Code Of Ethics and is to be reprimanded. If SCP-1025 is found outside of its Containment Area (Item SCP Room) without authorization, you must call in a security team or E-11 squad to safely take the item back to it's Containment Area (Item SCP Room).
Anomaly Description
SCP-1370 is a self aware small robot that, despite a total lack of power sources, is freely able to communicate via speaker box and articulate all its limbs. It is capable of fully reacting with both visual and audible stimuli. It can fluently speak multiple languages, including American English, French, and Latin.
Behavior
It is invariably hostile to any being or object it believes to be sapient, and will attempt to initiate combat. It currently is completely incapable of doing any harm to a living being, despite its best efforts.
Containment Procedures
Due to the nature of the anomaly, containment is not required. If 1370 is proving to be a nuisance to foundation staff, the anomaly can be picked up and placed into its containment cell. At no times should 1370 be allowed on the surface.
Anomaly Description
SCP-527 is a humanoid, approximately 1.67m (5'4") in height. SCP-527 is not biologically anomalous, aside from the head of a goldfish attached to its otherwise normal male human body.
Behavior
SCP-527 does not exhibit anything noteworthy.
Containment Procedures
SCP-527 is provided with a humanoid containment cell that appears to be a small apartment building. SCP-527 is permitted to walk around the lower levels of the site. If 527 is acting hostile towards foundation staff, or their behavior otherwise changes, they may be apprehended and returned to their cell.
Anomaly Description
SCP-529 is a small house cat (Felis Catus) with grey tabby markings. Parts of the animal to the rear of the end of the ribcage appear to be missing. The body terminates sharply as if sliced in two. In spite of this, the animal has no health problems, and moves about as if its hindquarters were still in place. For example, walking takes place as usual, and some time after feeding the animal makes motions as if to void itself of waste matter. The cross-section does not display the interior of the animal, but appears pure black to the eye, and absorbs all non-visible wavelengths of light. It is slightly yielding to the touch. Gentle stroking of this area sometimes yields a positive reaction (purring and so on) but more usually leads to the creature turning on the agent, claws at the ready. Those scratched have experienced no abnormalities. The hind regions do not appear to be invisible - a cursory examination will show that there are no hindquarters. DNA testing has shown the animal to be female.
Behavior
"Josie" has proved to be quite affectionate but can become distressed if not given sufficient cheese. Staff are not permmited to feed cheese to her.
Containment Procedures
No special precautions have yet proven necessary. "Josie" is quite affectionate, and at this stage is free to move about the lower levels of the facility. Staff are not permitted to feed cheese to her - she will become distressed if not given sufficient cheese. SCP-529 must be treated like how all other domesticated feline's are. If SCP-529 impedes foundation operations in anyway, you may signal SCP-529 away from the premise's. If SCP-529 continues to impede, you may pick up SCP-529 (Cuffing SCP-529) and carry it back to the containment pen. Any report's of abuse or mistreatment of SCP-529 will be subjected to the Code Of Ethics and will be reprimanded.
Anomaly Description
Seemingly nothing more than a green jade ring, SCP-714 has been shown to be able to expand and contract to perfectly fit the finger of anyone who touches it, though this is the least important of its properties. SCP-714 only changes size when touched by a 'new' subject.
Behavior
SCP-714 has several major effects, detailed as follows; exhaustion, compulsion to rest/sleep, reduced mental capacity, mental "shield', and chemical tolerance. The manner (or manners) in which SCP-714 causes its various effects has yet to be discovered, and no unusual emissions of any kind have been detected despite extensive monitoring. If SCP-714 is significantly damaged in any way, such as being broken into two or more pieces, its effects will cease immediately. If the pieces of SCP-714 are then placed within close proximity, they will gradually reform back into a whole copy of SCP-714, flowing as if made of liquid. Once SCP-714 is fully reformed, its functions return as if it was never damaged. Grinding SCP-714 down to a fine powder did nothing to impede its "self-repair" behaviour either, though the process did take considerably longer. Though the exact nature of this self-repair behavior has not been determined as of this time, it is thought SCP-714 could theoretically recover from complete vaporization, however due to SCP-714's low threat level this has been deemed an unnecessary use of resources.
Containment Procedures
SCP-714 is to be stored in a reinforced, high-security locker that is to be accessible only to Level 4+ personnel, due to several incidents of misuse.
Anomaly Description
SCP-662 is a small hand bell with a missing ringer. The bell is susceptible to damage and destruction. It is constructed out of pure silver.
Behavior
When the bell is rung, a chime noise is made, and a well dressed Caucasian male appears for the ringer. They claim to be someone named "Mr. Deeds." Mr. Deeds asks what the ringer requests, and will address the ringer formerly with title and name. Mr. Deeds can provide a large variety of items, although there is a limit. The limit appears to be complex items, such as vehicles, houses, and firearms. Mr. Deeds has been noted to provide some luxury items, such as gold and caviar. Mr. Deeds may also do chores if requested, such as washing dishes, cleaning a room, or other menial tasks. Mr. Deeds may be injured or killed, however if the bell is rung again, he reappears fully intact.
Containment Procedures
The bell is to be kept in a secure containment locker, only removed for testing purposes or for maintenance of the bell. The bell is to be kept maintained regularly due to it being pure silver.
Anomaly Description
SCP-500 is a small plastic can which at the time of writing contains forty-seven (47) red pills.
Behavior
One pill, when taken orally, effectively cures the subject of all diseases within two hours, exact time depending on the severity and amount of the subject's conditions. Despite extensive trials, all attempts at synthesizing more of what is thought to be the active ingredient of the pills have been unsuccessful.
Containment Procedures
SCP-500 must be stored in a cool and dry place away from bright light. SCP-500 is only allowed to be accessed by personnel with level 4 security clearance to prevent misapplication.
List of Euclid Class Anomalies contained at Site-▇
SCP-049 & 049-2
SCP-096
SCP-173
SCP-178
SCP-294
SCP-513
SCP-066
SCP-966
SCP-073
SCP-008
Description
SCP-049 is a humanoid, masculine entity standing roughly 1.9 meters in height bearing the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. The clothing and mask are integrated into his body, and is considered to be his skin. Attempts to remove it have been unsuccessful.
Behavior
SCP-049 is usually decent enough, and only expresses hostilities towards those he views to be infected with "The Pestilence." It is currently unknown what exactly the pestilence is or how to cure it without killing the individual infected, however it is theorized to be mortality. SCP-049 will attempt to cure the individual, killing them with a single touch and turning them into an instance of 049-2.
Containment
049 can be fear-rped by 3 or more armed personnel, and cuffed for re-containment.
SCP-049-2 is the designation for any human infected by SCP-049. Following one of SCP-049’s operations, the affected human (now SCP-049-2) will cease standard functions, retaining only basic motor skills and response mechanisms.
Behavior
SCP-049-2 will respond to SCP-049’s orders, but in the absence of those orders will wander aimlessly and react violently to any human it comes in contact with. 049-2 instances are considered extremely hostile, and take on the behaviors of zombies from popular media.
Containment
SCP-049-2 is to be terminated on sight and is capable of being terminated via conventional means. All 049-2 instances are to be terminated before 049 may be re-contained.
Description
SCP-096 is a humanoid figure with vague humanistic characteristics, as SCP-096 has abnormal features such as a lack of pigmentation, longer limbs, and most noticeably its unhinged jaw and face.
Behavior
When SCP-096 is in a docile state, it will wander around aimlessly or sit down and cry. SCP-096 will continue crying until it is observed. Upon being observed, SCP-096 enters an enraged state. SCP-096 will hunt down and kill the viewer through any means necessary.
Containment Procedures
containment specialists are to place a covering over its head, whether its a hood, bag, or other item to obscure the anomaly's face once the anomaly has entered its docile state. (Conflicting roll with 096 followed by a /me of putting the item on its head upon success). It is noted that personnel who fail to put on the item also enrage 096.
Anomaly Description
SCP-173 is a statue composed of concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint on the figure.
Behavior
SCP-173 is extremely hostile, and will attack any person when not actively being observed. SCP-173 attacks by snapping the neck of its victim at the base of the skull, or strangling the victim. SCP-173 is unable to move for 1.5 seconds when 1 set of eyes are viewing it, 3 seconds when 2 sets of eyes are viewing it, and cannot move when 3+ sets of eyes are viewing it.
Containment Procedures
SCP-173 is to be put into its containment box (cuffing it), with a minimum of 3 sets of eyes on it. (Conflicting roll with 173 followed by a cuff). It is noted that personnel who fail to put 173 into its containment box are usually able to be killed by 173.
Anomaly Description
SCP-178 is a pair of white stereoscopic (3-D) glasses made of white cardboard and with blue and red lens. The object itself does not have any physically unusual properties.
Behavior
Upon wearing the glasses, the wearer will begin to see bipedal entities in addition to their normal surroundings. These entities appear docile, and occasionally curious. Any interaction with these entities by the wearer or other personnel results in lacerations appearing on their body. These lacerations continue to constantly grow until the wearer is terminated. It also does function like normal 3-D glasses, giving 3-D applicable movies the 3-D effect.
Containment Procedures
The 3-D glasses are to be kept in a secure containment cell, only used for research purposes.
Anomaly Description
Item SCP-294 appears to be a standard coffee vending machine, the only noticeable difference being an entry touchpad with buttons corresponding to an English QWERTY keyboard.
Behavior
Upon depositing fifty cents US currency into the coin slot, the user is prompted to enter the name of any liquid using the touchpad. Upon doing so, a standard 12-ounce paper drinking cup is placed and the liquid indicated is poured. Ninety-seven initial test runs were performed (including requests for water, coffee, beer, and soda, non-consumable liquids such as sulfuric acid, wiper fluid, and motor oil, as well as substances that do not usually exist in liquid state, such as nitrogen, iron and glass) and each one returned a success. Test runs with solid materials such as diamond have failed, however, as it appears that SCP-294 can only deliver substances that can exist in liquid state.
Containment Procedures
There are no standard special containment procedures on file for Item SCP-294. However, only Research Personnel or those with authorized clearance by Research Staff or SA+ are to use SCP-294 and are allowed to interact with it. SCP-294 is currently being stored in the Minimal Containment Zone at Site-[##]. Unauthorized personnel using SCP-294 are subjected to the Code Of Ethics and WILL BE heavily reprimanded including the possibility of revoking foundation benefits and termination of their work contract with the foundation (Decided by CMD of Branches)
SCP-513 - "A Cowbell"
Anomaly Description
Physically, SCP-513 is an unremarkable, rusty cowbell. No marks or engravings are visible on its surface due to the large amount of corrosion. Attempts to remove the rust chemically or mechanically have had no success. SCP-513’s clapper was firmly held in place by several strips of duct tape. Descriptions of SCP-513-1's appearance are largely unreliable. Test subjects are unable to provide complete accounts of sightings due to their exhaustion, degraded mental health, and disruptive hypervigilance. However, all interrogations thus far indicate that SCP-513-1 is a tall, emaciated humanoid with abnormally large hands.
Behavior
Any noise produced by SCP-513 immediately induces strong anxiety in all sentient beings who hear it, regardless of their previous mental status. Exposure victims report feelings of being watched by an unseen entity and present elevated heart rates and blood pressure. Roughly one hour after exposure, exposure victims begin to catch glimpses of SCP-513-1 when opening doors, walking past mirrors, turning their heads, or performing any other actions that result in a sudden change in visual perception. Upon being sighted, SCP-513-1 reportedly turns away and runs out of view before disappearing without a trace. Questioning of bystanders indicates that SCP-513-1 is invisible to those who have not been exposed to SCP-513. Sightings of SCP-513-1 reoccur every 14 to 237 minutes. This “stalking” behavior inevitably causes extreme sleep deprivation, as victims are frequently disturbed by SCP-513-1’s presence in their quarters. Victims able to fall asleep before SCP-513-1's appearance report being physically assaulted by it. Upon the victim's awakening, SCP-513-1 flees as usual. This sleep deprivation, along with the mental stress caused by SCP-513-1's behavior, invariably induces paranoia, aggression, hypervigilance, and depression. All test cases but one have ended with the test subject’s suicide.
Containment Procedures
SCP-513 is to be suspended in a one cubic meter block of gelatin and contained within a soundproofed, climate-controlled cell. The gelatin must be inspected daily for any degradation or loss of integrity. An emergency inspection will be carried out immediately following any earthquake, explosion, or sonic event grade 2 or higher. Personnel performing the inspection are to wear earplugs and active noise-canceling earmuffs at all times while inside SCP-513’s containment area (Item SCP Room). If the gelatin cube shows any signs of degradation (such as rips, tears, splits, liquefaction, or mold), SCP-513 is to be immediately removed and suspended within a replacement cube by a team of maintenance personnel who will wear specialized helmet to block all sound besides the earpiece connected to foundation comms. No other personnel are to enter the cell during this procedure. Any sentient beings exposed to SCP-513 are to be monitored by security personnel at all times. Under absolutely no circumstances may exposure victims be administered sedatives or allowed to fall unconscious. Any victim who does fall unconscious is to be terminated immediately. Class-D personnel are to be terminated at the first sign of mental degradation. All other exposure victims may be terminated at their request. If unauthorized foundation personnel enter SCP-513's area and try to use SCP-513, you are to detain them before they touch SCP-513 and will be subjected to the Code Of Ethic's and reprimanded. However if they happen to ring the bell, you will continue to detain them and they will be subjected to the Code Of Ethic's and reprimanded, you may ask them if they want to be terminated to get rid of the terror they might ensure. If they give you permission, you may terminate them, however if they want to be left go and deal with the consequence's, you must permit them out and then talk to a command member about the situation considering the command member share's the same bunks and they will terminate the victim whenever they fall unconscious
Anomaly Description
SCP-066 is a mass of braided yarn in a dark red color, with human eyes attached. These eyes are capable of functioning, and are subject to distress.
Behavior
SCP-066 is capable of rapid movement through moving its yarn like tentacles. SCP-066 is usually docile, only occasionally playing chimes and other music when not otherwise interacted with. If someone is to refer to themselves as Eric, or confirm that they are Eric to SCP-066, then 066 will emit a loud symphony noise consistent with Beethoven, at around 140 decibels, causing irreversible ear damage and possibly permanent deafness to the target and anyone around it. It may also do this as a self defense mechanism.
Containment Procedures
SCP-066 is allowed to walk around minimal security zones freely, however if it expresses hostility towards personnel if not otherwise provoked, then it is to be re-contained via a tungsten box (cuffing it), and brought into its cell.
Description
SCP-966 is a humanoid sized anomaly possessing an elongated face with a mouth lined with needle-like teeth. They also possess five claws on each hand that can be easily broken off. SCP-966 is only visible through thermal imaging, unless it breaks its camouflage voluntarily.
Behavior
SCP-966 will attempt to hunt any humans to either injure or kill them. To attack someone, SCP-966 drops its invisibility before striking.
Containment
In the event that 966 is detected, by seeing it while it is visible, thermal imaging may be acquired by containment teams or E-11 operatives for termination of all breached instances. It may alternatively be detected if it has attacked multiple people but has remained not spotted.
Anomaly Description
SCP-073 is a tan male of Arabic or otherwise middle-eastern descent. being approximately 6'1" and 165 lbs. Limbs and spinal cord have been replaced by an unknown metal. SCP-073 refers to itself as Cain.
Behavior
SCP-073 is generally polite and tries its best to assist personnel, being happy to help. SCP-073 is highly intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to history. SCP-073 also has a photographic memory. Any attempts at violence towards SCP-073 is instantly reflected back to the attacker, dealing full damage, this includes indirect damage, and damage intended to help (I.E, putting an I.V needle in him). Despite this, 073 has reported to still feel all the pain of the actions directed at it, and has asked personnel to stop.
Containment Procedures
SCP-073 is currently free to wander any minimal security zones of the facility, however 073 may be escorted away or forced away via cuffs if their presence is disrupting foundation procedure or they are otherwise being a nuisance for personnel. If 073 in any way shape or form shows hostile behavior, they are to be immediately contained in its holding cell and re-evaluated.
Description
SCP-008 is a complex prion, samples of which are stored in biohazard lab alpha of Site-██. Research into SCP-008 is highly classified and primarily aimed at preventing research which may lead to the synthesis of SCP-008 in the distant future.
Behavior
Traits of the SCP-008 prion include 100% infectiousness and lethality, with transmission occurring through exposed mucous membranes and all bodily fluids. However, it is neither airborne nor waterborne.
Symptoms manifest within three hours of exposure, beginning with flu-like symptoms and a high fever, progressing to severe dementia in later stages. Approximately 20 hours after the initial symptoms and 12 hours after noticeable dementia, the subject falls into a coma, which is considered the onset of death. This is followed by sporadic cellular necrosis resembling gangrene, with surviving tissue resuming its function and becoming highly resilient. Red blood cells greatly increase their oxygen storage capacity, resulting in slower blood flow and enhanced muscle endurance and strength. Despite total organ failure, the nervous and muscular systems remain unaffected for several hours.
Metabolism can decrease to extremely low levels, allowing the subject to survive for over 10 years without nutrition. High blood viscosity leads to negligible blood flow from injuries. Conditioned behavior, motor controls, and instinctive behavioral mechanisms are damaged, causing severe cognitive impairment and erratic behavior. Animals infected with SCP-008 experience excessive brain necrosis and become inactive.
Infected subjects can adapt to their damaged nervous systems, enabling basic physical activities such as standing, walking, biting, grabbing, and crawling. They energetically move towards sights, sounds, and smells associated with living humans and will attempt to ingest humans if physical contact is made. Neutralizing fully-infected subjects requires significant cranial trauma.
Containment
All SCP-008 samples are considered to be extremely hazardous, and only specialized personnel with hazmat certification may handle them. Any SCP-008 instances are to be immediately terminated and incinerated to remove any chance of infection. It is to be noted that an evacuation cannot be ordered if this anomaly is breached, due to the nature of it.

SCP-682
SCP-939
SCP-990
SCP-106
SCP-035
SCP-1000
SCP-1048
SCP-610
SCP-076
SCP-204
Anomaly Description
SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptilian-like creature of unknown origin. SCP-682 has been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering, and SCP-682 has been seen moving and speaking with its body 87% destroyed.
Behavior
SCP-682 expresses severe hostility towards all of humanity. It has only talked with humans a few times, showing nothing but animosity for what it believes to be vermin or parasites. It appears to have bonded with and made friends with SCP-079.
Containment Procedures
SCP-682 is to be weakened by conventional means, in which once it reaches small size, it is to be surrounded by foundation personnel, making it docile and re-containable (cuffed). It is highly advised that personnel move in large teams/platoons in order to effectively re-contain 682.
Anomaly Description
SCP-939 are endothermic, pack-based predators which display atrophy of various systems similar to troglobitic organisms. The skins of SCP-939 are highly permeable to moisture and translucent red. Each of their four limbs ends in three-fingered claws with a fourth, opposable digit, and are covered in setae which considerably augment climbing ability. Their heads are elongated, devoid of even vestigial eyes or eye sockets, and contain no brain casing.
Behavior
SCP-939 instances follow similar behaviors to normal pack predators, working together to subdue and kill prey. They are able to mimic the voices of personnel recently killed by it, allowing it to lure personnel into an ambush. They are blind and only react to other stimuli such as smell and audio.
Containment Procedures
SCP-939 is an ambush predator, and it is advised that re-containment teams stick together and avoid making noise at all costs when handling 939 instances. Silenced weapons are preferred when handling 939 instances, although not required. If a 939 breach is detected, do not trust voices calling for help. 939 instances are to be weakened via conventional means. Once a 939 instance reaches low HP, it is able to be tranquilized and then re-contained (cuffed).
Anomaly Description
SCP-990 is a well dressed Caucasian male that only appears on occasion to certain individuals, in which the process of this is unknown. SCP-990 can appear to people in reality or in dreams.
Behavior
SCP-990 appears to give advice for the person for their future, or warn them about future events. He appears to only provide positive feedback and advice, and has seemingly no malicious drive.
Containment Procedures
It is currently impossible to contain SCP-990, this is why it is classified as keter.
Anomaly Description
SCP-106 appears to be an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition. Its partially decomposed composition is believed to be why it is unable to run, although it is possible this is also an intentional decision (see behavior).
Behavior
SCP-106 seems to take pleasure in attacking and chasing personnel, and other acts in a similar pattern to an apex predator hunting for sport. It enjoys toying with its prey, often capturing the prey into its pocket dimension to torture them. It is noted that it is possible to escape the pocket dimension, although 106 most likely allows this to happen. 106 also has a preference for young adult personnel (20-25), and also has a preference for already injured personnel. SCP-106 is able to pass through solid material, such as doors and walls, leaving behind corrosive goo. When it is not chasing prey, it is in a totally docile state, standing or sitting still for hours or days at a time. It is unknown what is happening during this time, or its purpose.
Containment Procedures
a D-Class personnel or otherwise willing person (lower clearance first) are to be brought into 106's containment chamber and strapped to the femur breaker. The femur breaker is to be initiated with the sound transmission on (Roll of 60+ with ET/Staff present). If successful, 106 will head back to its containment chamber for the easy prey. Once 106 is inside its containment chamber, the electromagnetic systems are to be rebooted, and the chamber is to be repaired wherever necessary.
Anomaly Description
SCP-035 is a comedy/tragedy mask consistent with old opera plays and other stage media. 035 is able to change its mask from comedy to tragedy, most often times when its wants are not met, and is able to hear and see personnel even when not worn. The mask secretes a highly acidic goo, which also slowly decays the wearer if worn.
Behavior
If worn, the mask takes over the mind of the wearer and becomes the host of the body. It can also take over other humanoid objects, such as mannequins or statues, although it much prefers a living subject for unknown reasons. 035-1 is considered to be highly manipulative and intelligent, displaying similar behavior to a psychopath. It does enjoy communicating with personnel, allowing for many interviews, although the information provided is not to be trusted highly.
Containment Procedures
SCP-035-1 instances are to be terminated by recontainment teams, and the mask itself is to be handled by a re-containment team or E-11 operatives (Staff is to be called to pick it up and move it). The mask is to be returned to its glass case, and any damages done to the case is to be repaired.
Anomaly Description
SCP-1000 is a large omnivorous ape, similar to the great apes of gorillas and humans. Adults are around 1.5 to 3 meters in height, and weight between 200 and 600 lbs. They have a wide range of fur colors, including grey, brown, black, and red. They had evolved beside humans, being apart of the same homo genera. A anomalous disease wiped out all but 1-5% of their population. Modern 1000 instances are now mostly immune to this disease. Any apes (including humans) that come into contact with SCP-1000 have a chance to instantly drop dead.
Behavior
Although SCP-1000 instances usually avoid human contact, they have been shown to be highly territorial and hostile towards humans.
Containment Procedures
Currently SCP-1000 is not contained via conventional means. SCP-1000 instances are kept in a zone that they have deemed their habitat outside of the site. Drone and helicopter patrols keep SCP-1000 instances in this zone and away from civilians, however this is not always effective. If SCP-1000 instances are detected outside of its zone, they may be terminated.
Anomaly Description
SCP-1048 is a small teddy bear of amateur construction. It displays no anomalous properties aside from its ability to fully move and communicate through sign language or drawing basic pictures.
Behavior
SCP-1048 shows no direct hostility towards foundation staff, often acting affectionate and cute towards staff it sees as distressed. It is even capable of drawing crude pictures to cheer up the person. SCP-1048 has been reported to steal materials for creation of additional 1048 instances. This can include metal scraps, ears, and even a baby in one instance. Upon collecting enough materials, 1048 will construct a copy of itself using said materials. These copies are all extremely hostile towards personnel.
Additional Information
1048-A: A copy constructed of human ears. This instance will emit a high pitched screech towards nearby foundation personnel, causing major ear damage and sometimes permanent deafness.
1048-B: A copy constructed of metal scraps. This instance has razor sharp claws and extreme mobility, being able to leap several feet in the air, clawing and attacking foundation personnel in its sight.
1048-C: [REDACTED]
Containment Procedures
If 1048 instances are spotted, containment teams are clear to terminate on sight. If 1048 is caught harming personnel to gain materials, it may be terminated.
SCP-610 - “The Flesh that Hates”
Anomaly Description
SCP-610 is a highly contagious skin disease originally discovered in Russia near Lake Baikal in Southern Siberia. When coming into contact with SCP-610 the individual will start to transform into an instance of SCP-610, losing any resemblance to their previous human features.
Behavior
All instances of SCP-610 are hostile and will attempt to infect others before it itself dies from the infection. It will also intermittently spit an acid-like substance at uninfected personnel, damaging them.
Containment Procedures
SCP-610 is to be immediately engaged with heavy firepower and terminated on sight. Foundation Personnel are cleared to shoot to kill.
Anomaly Description
SCP-076 is a large cube made of black metamorphic stone. The interior is covered in inscriptions not tied to any known civilizations. The cube has a large door, with a lock. No key to the lock has been found, rendering the lock permanently unlocked. In the middle of the cube is a coffin, where SCP-076-2 is stored. SCP-076-2 is a Semitic human male of a lean body type, being about 1.96 meters in height and 81.65 kg in weight. SCP-076-2 has multiple occult tattoos across its body, and is considered dead when inside the coffin.
Behavior
Upon 076-2 reanimating, 076-2 will seek out humans to interact with and challenge. Upon finding a suitable challenger (personnel pointing weapons at him), he will immediately attack, using his large sword and not stopping until either itself is dead or the challenger is dead.
Containment Procedures
SCP-076-2 is to be weakened and then terminated via conventional means, however this is difficult due to 076-2's immense physical abilities. If 076-2 becomes docile for any reason, it is to be re-contained into its coffin (cuffed).
