All photo processing happens on your device only:
Photo analysis, duplicate detection, and cleanup run locally on your device
No photos or image data are ever sent to our servers or cloud services
No cloud storage of your media files—all content stays on your device exclusively
Our AI models are bundled in the App and execute locally
You don't need internet connectivity for core features
Core Features: Process your photos locally to provide cleaning and analysis services
App Improvement: Use anonymized crash reports and aggregated analytics to fix bugs and improve features
Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance
Legal Compliance: Comply with laws, court orders, and protect against fraud
We Do NOT:
Sell or rent your data to third parties
Use your data for targeted advertising
Create detailed user profiles
Combine your data with other sources for targeting
Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymized crash logs (no personal info, no photos)
Google Analytics for Firebase: Anonymized usage data only
AWS/GCP: Server infrastructure only (not your photos)
All service providers are contractually required to:
Use data solely for specified purposes
Maintain security safeguards
Not disclose to third parties
Delete data upon termination
We may disclose information when required by law, court orders, or to protect safety from fraud or illegal activity.
If EcoSpace is acquired, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any material changes.
We do NOT sell your personal information.
Security Measures:
TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
AES-256 encryption for data at rest
iOS file system encryption for local data
Regular security audits and code reviews
Your Responsibilities:
Keep iOS updated with latest security patches
Use strong device passcodes and biometric authentication
Don't share device access with others
Limitations: No security is 100% guaranteed. Use the App at your own risk.
Photos & Videos: Retained only on your device; deleted when you delete them
Crash Reports & Analytics: Deleted after 90 days
Support Emails: Retained for up to 2 years (you can request deletion)
Account Data (if applicable): Retained during account life + 6 months for legal compliance

The App may contain links to third-party services (Apple Photos, iOS file system, etc.). This Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
EcoSpace is not intended for children under 13
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
