NextTick ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the NextTick mobile application (the "App").
## 1. Information We Collect (Data Safety Disclosure)
To provide you with a high-quality experience, we collect certain types of data. This data is handled according to the following guidelines:

- **Google Account Email Address:** If you choose to use the **Cloud Sync** feature, we collect your email address via Google Sign-In. This is used solely for authentication and to link your tasks to your private Google Drive App Data folder.
### B. Device and Diagnostics Data
- **Device or other IDs:** We collect unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) specifically to display and personalize advertisements via **Google AdMob**.
- **Crash Logs and Performance Data:** We collect anonymous diagnostic information to help us identify and fix bugs.
### C. Task Data (Private Storage)
- Your tasks, lists, notes, and subtasks are stored **locally** on your device.
- If Cloud Sync is enabled, this data is encrypted and stored in a private, hidden folder in your Google Drive account. **We (the developers) do not have access to your private task content.**
## 2. Third-Party Services
NextTick utilizes third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:
- **Google Play Services:** Provides app functionality, updates, and authentication.
- **Google AdMob:** Displays advertisements. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your region and settings.
- **Google Drive API:** Used specifically for the "Cloud Sync" feature to securely store backup data in a private app data folder.
- **Google Play Billing:** Used to process in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads" upgrade).
## 3. How We Use and Share Information
We use the collected information to:
- **App Functionality:** Maintain core features like task synchronization and account management.
- **Support & Advertising:** Display advertisements to support the free version of the App.
- **Purchase Verification:** Process and verify in-app purchases for the premium version.
**Data Sharing:** We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party providers listed above (Google AdMob/Play Services) to facilitate the app's functions as described.
## 4. Your Rights: Data Retention and Deletion
- **Local Data Deletion:** You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings.
- **Cloud Data Deletion:** You can delete your cloud backup at any time by:
1. Signing out of Google within the NextTick app.
2. Managing and deleting the "NextTick" app data via your Google Drive account settings.

## 5. Security
We take your data's security seriously. All data transmitted between the App and Google Services (Sign-In, Drive, and Billing) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
## 6. Children's Privacy
NextTick does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.
