Gaurab Sarkar

Gaurab is currently pursuing his doctoral research at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Prior to this, he served as a Junior Research Fellow on a sponsored project at IIT Kharagpur and worked as a Physics Faculty Trainee with the Meccademia Educational Group in the UAE. His expertise lies in phase change phenomena, interfacial fluid mechanics, and thermal sciences. As an educator and mentor, Gaurab is deeply committed to guiding students in their academic and research journeys.

Nirnimesh De

Chief Executive Officer

Associate Solution Advisor, Deloitte
B.E. – Jadavpur University (Mechanical Engineering)

A dynamic professional with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Nirnimesh currently works at Deloitte as an Associate Solution Advisor. He previously served as an AI Specialist at E42 and a Data Scientist at Protiviti. An alumnus of the Summer Research Fellowship Program (SRFP'21) at IIT Kharagpur, he has also interned at ISRO and NTPC. He is a JBNSTS Senior Scholar and a member of IAENG. Nirnimesh brings a unique industry-academia perspective to mentoring, especially for students interested in interdisciplinary paths combining engineering, AI, and research.

Bitangshu is deeply invested in supporting students and early researchers who wish to make a meaningful impact in the environmental domain.

Pranita Dhali

English Educator | Singer | Mentor

Pranita Dhali is an English educator and trained singer who brings literature and music together to inspire young minds. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature and is currently pursuing her B.Ed at Bangiya Gurukul Ashram under Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University.

With teaching experience at St. Mary’s School and her current role at Sri Aurobindo Path Bhavan, she integrates poetry, drama, and song into her lessons to foster creativity and empathy. A passionate performer, she earned the title “Sangeet Shree” in 2025 after completing her 7th year of training in Nazrul Geeti. As a mentor, she empowers students to express themselves and think critically.
