NextSong (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

When you use NextSong, we collect only the following information:

• Email address (for account creation and login)

• User-generated content (such as songs and lyrics you create within the App)

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as social security numbers, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Create and manage your account

• Authenticate your login

• Store and display your content

• Provide core app functionality

Legal basis (EU users):
Processing is necessary to provide the service you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is securely stored using trusted cloud infrastructure.

• Data is retained as long as your account exists

• When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted

You can delete your account at any time directly within the App.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service:

• Google Firebase (authentication and data storage)

Firebase processes data on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your data

• Share your data with third parties for marketing

Your data is only processed as necessary to operate the App.

6. Your Rights (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Restrict or object to processing

• Using the in-app account deletion feature, or
