Welcome to NextRound! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextRound mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by KMH Kinetics ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
NextRound is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and follow custom tournaments, as well as make predictions on match outcomes.
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account (e.g., via Facebook Login or Email). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.
NextRound allows users to create custom tournaments, enter participant names, and interact with the platform. To ensure a safe environment, you agree to the following strict rules regarding User-Generated Content:
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You may not post or create content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
Right to Moderation: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove any content or tournaments that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Account Termination: Users who repeatedly or egregiously violate these content guidelines will have their accounts permanently banned.
NextRound offers a "Premium" subscription (available on a monthly or annual basis) that unlocks advanced features, removes advertisements, and provides exclusive themes. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to the following billing terms:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its original content, features, design, and code, are and will remain the exclusive property of KMH Kinetics. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KMH Kinetics makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KMH Kinetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
