KMH Kinetics ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by our mobile application NextRound (the "App").
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way unless explicitly stated.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can control your ad preferences in your device settings.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes anonymous user IDs to validate your purchase status and entitlements. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details; these are handled securely by Google Play.
We use Google Firebase to authenticate users and store tournament data. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account: You can delete your account and personal data directly within the NextRound app:
Open the App and navigate to your Profile.
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) to open the Settings menu.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone and tap "Delete Account".
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly at kmh.kinetics@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
Your personal identifiable information (PII), such as your email address and authentication credentials, will be permanently deleted from our servers (Firebase).
To maintain the integrity of active tournaments and leaderboards for other users, your past predictions and created tournaments may remain visible but will be permanently anonymized (e.g., your username will be changed to "Deleted User" and your avatar removed).
Important Note Regarding Subscriptions: Deleting your NextRound account does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription. You must actively manage and cancel your active subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
