How to Delete Your Account or Personal Data

You can delete your NEXTRIPRIDER account and personal data in two ways:
1. From Inside the App
Go to:
Profile Settings → Delete Account
This will permanently remove your profile and data from our system.
2. By Email Request
Send an email to support@nexttrip.com with your registered phone number or email and specify your deletion request.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Retention Notice:
We may retain certain transaction records (such as ride or payment history) for up to 90 days after deletion to comply with legal obligations.
