• Detailed receipts are available upon request.

Insurance & Reimbursement

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide documentation (superbill) upon request to assist patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to determine your out-of-network benefits.
