No refunds will be issued if the schedule is shortened due to inclement weather.

The showcase staff reserves the right to change the date of the event due to inclement weather.

Refunds will only be given out for injury if a doctor's note is received earlier than two weeks prior to the event. A 50% refund will be processed for the player.  Any request received after two weeks prior to the event will be denied. 

Players who are no longer able to attend for reasons other than injury or serious illness will not be issued a refund. 

The showcase staff reserves the right to remove players from the event before or during the event without a refund if the actions of the attendees or their families are deemed unsportsmanlike or disruptive.
