We just switched our phone service to Nextiva. We have the app on our phones for remote work. But when in the office, it's pretty annoying to have both the desktop and the app on my phone ring at the same time. My co-worker (who also has Samsung Galaxy S20) can just close her app and it does not ring through. Mine (Samsung Note 10) will still push a notification for calls coming through. Our boss (using an iPhone 7) is having the same issue as I am.
