1. Introduction

Welcome to NextGen Digital Flux. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and a smooth working relationship between our company and all clients. Please read them carefully before engaging with any of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

NextGen Digital Flux provides a wide range of digital solutions tailored to meet modern business needs. Our services include Website Design, Google Business Profile Setup and Optimization, Blogs & SEO Services, QR Code Design, and Google Sites Development.

Each service is delivered with a focus on quality, performance, and client satisfaction. The scope, deliverables, and requirements of each project will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the commencement of work. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure commitment and efficient project execution, all clients must adhere strictly to our payment structure. A non-negotiable advance payment of 45% of the total project cost is required before any work begins. This confirms the project booking and allows resource allocation.

The remaining 55% balance must be fully paid upon completion of the project and before final delivery of files, access credentials, or publication. NextGen Digital Flux reserves the right to withhold final delivery until full payment has been received.

For Website Design Services, pricing starts from TZS 950,000, which strictly covers design and development services only. Domain registration and hosting are not included in this cost and must be purchased separately by the client.

Failure to complete payments on time may result in delays, suspension, or termination of the project.

4. Website Domain & Hosting Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining their domain name and hosting services. These are third-party services and are not under the control of NextGen Digital Flux.

While we may recommend trusted providers or assist with setup, all ownership and responsibility for domain and hosting remain with the client. NextGen Digital Flux will not be held liable for downtime, loss of data, or technical issues caused by hosting providers or domain expiration.

5. Blogs & SEO Pricing Policy

Our Blogs & SEO services are structured to provide value based on the volume of content required.

• For orders of 100 blogs or more, each blog will be charged at TZS 7,000 per blog.

• For orders of less than 100 blogs, each blog will be charged at TZS 10,000 per blog.

All blog orders must be clearly defined in terms of quantity, topics, and deadlines before the project begins. Once agreed, pricing remains fixed for that project scope. Any additional blog requests outside the agreed quantity will be charged separately according to the applicable rate.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines vary depending on the size, complexity, and nature of the work. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the beginning of each project.

Timely delivery depends on client cooperation, including providing necessary materials, approvals, and feedback. Any delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the project timeline. NextGen Digital Flux will not be held responsible for delays resulting from client inaction or late submissions.

7. Revisions Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations. Clients are entitled to revisions within a review period of 7 to 14 days after project delivery, depending on the nature of the project.

All revision requests must be submitted within this timeframe. After the review period has expired, any additional revisions, updates, or modifications will be treated as a new request and will be subject to additional charges.

Revisions are limited to improving the agreed-upon concept and do not include complete redesigns or major structural changes unless otherwise agreed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to actively participate throughout the project to ensure successful delivery. This includes providing accurate information, necessary content (such as text, images, and branding materials), and timely feedback.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights. Any legal issues arising from client-provided content will be the sole responsibility of the client.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All work produced by NextGen Digital Flux remains the property of the company until full payment has been completed. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client.

NextGen Digital Flux reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project at any stage; however, once work has commenced, the advance payment (45%) is strictly non-refundable due to the time and resources already invested.

Refunds are not applicable for completed work or partially completed milestones that have already been delivered.

If a client becomes unresponsive, fails to provide required materials, or delays the project for more than 30 days, NextGen Digital Flux reserves the right to terminate the project without issuing any refund.

If a project is canceled after substantial progress has been made, the client may be required to pay for all work completed up to that stage before termination is finalized.

11. Urgent Projects

Projects that require expedited delivery timelines will incur an additional urgency fee. This fee will depend on the complexity of the project and the required turnaround time.

12. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Digital Flux will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

While we strive to deliver effective and high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased traffic, rankings, or sales.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

NextGen Digital Flux reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
