Next Browser and VPN — Android privacy policy

Next Browser and VPN is an Android browser with privacy controls, free USA VPN access, and an optional premium subscription for France and Poland VPN access. This policy explains how the app handles information. Contact us at contact@nextapps.tech.

Browser data

Your regular browsing history, bookmarks, tabs, preferences, and downloads are stored locally on your device so browser features work. Private tabs are not added to saved browsing history. Downloads and bookmarks you deliberately save can remain after a private tab closes.

The app does not send your browsing history, page contents, search queries, bookmarks, or VPN traffic to advertising services. Websites, search providers, and services you choose to visit receive the information needed to respond to your requests and apply their own privacy policies.

Device permissions

Camera access is used for QR scanning and for website camera requests you approve. Microphone and location permissions are used only for website features when you approve both the in-app prompt and Android permission. These browser permissions are not used to enable precise-location advertising. You can revoke permissions in Android Settings.

VPN service

When you connect, the VPN service temporarily processes your source IP address, destination network information, connection state, and protocol information to establish and route the encrypted tunnel. HTTPS separately encrypts supported website content. VPN use does not make you anonymous to every website or service.

VPN configuration is encrypted on your device using Android Keystore. France and Poland server audits found retained client public IP addresses, connection timestamps, destination domains or IP addresses, destination ports, protocols, and server tags. This is not a no-log VPN. Clearing local browser history, using private tabs, or uninstalling does not delete retained server records. Technical error and security information may also be processed. The audit did not establish a guaranteed retention or deletion deadline. DNS resolution and connectivity checks may involve Cloudflare and Google under their own policies.

Subscriptions

USA VPN access does not require a purchase. Google Play processes payment for the automatically renewing yearly premium subscription for France and Poland VPN access. To verify access, the app and our verification service process the Google Play purchase token, product ID, purchase ID, store source, subscription status, expiry information, and ordinary network metadata. Purchase proof is stored securely on your device. An active verified subscription removes app advertisements.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period; refunds and other entitlement changes may end access sooner. Removing the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Advertising

The free Android app supports banner advertising from Google AdMob with Yandex mediation. When ads are enabled, these providers may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

The app requests non-personalized Google ads, disables Yandex precise-location tracking and app-ad analytics reporting, and uses a consent message where required. Non-personalized ads can still use information for ad delivery, reporting, and fraud prevention. App banners are not shown in private tabs or to users with a verified active subscription. Where required, Settings > Ad privacy choices lets you review your consent choices.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data is shared only with service providers described above, websites and services you choose to use, or when required by law. Information processed by our subscription verification and VPN services is retained only for as long as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot those services or meet legal obligations. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear it in the app, or uninstall the app, subject to files you saved outside app storage.

Security

We use encrypted network connections for subscription verification and VPN provisioning. Sensitive VPN configuration and purchase proof are protected in device storage. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.

Children

Next Browser and VPN is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where applicable.

Your choices

You can clear available browsing data and cookies, manage bookmarks and downloads, use private tabs, revoke Android permissions, change ad privacy choices where available, and manage subscriptions through Google Play. The app does not require an account, so there is no app account to delete.

Data deletion requests

The app does not use developer-created accounts. To request deletion of data handled by our VPN or subscription-verification services, email contact@nextapps.tech with the subject “Next Browser and VPN data deletion request.” Include only the purchase ID or other information needed to locate your request; do not send your browsing history or passwords.

After verifying the request, we will delete eligible service records unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal obligations. Google Play purchase records and data held by Google, Yandex, Cloudflare, websites, or other independent services must be managed with those providers. Local history, bookmarks, tabs, cookies, preferences, and downloads can be cleared in the app or removed by uninstalling, except files you intentionally saved outside app storage.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
