Why go to a College or University?

People go to college/university for numerous reasons, but a multitude of professions demand the possession of a college degree as an entry-level requirement. Completion of academic programs can grant access to employment opportunities in fields such as Medicine, Law, etc.

Although college can be great for certain professions, there are also certain professions that don't require going to school such as starting a business. But if you are going into the medical field for instance, college is a requirement. Whether or not you go to college will depend on your personal/career goals.
