All components of the application - including its design, content, features, functionality, software, and underlying technology—are owned exclusively by the Company and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written permission from the Company.
Subscriptions
Premium subscription plans offer access to additional features, tools, and enhanced functionality. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically based on the chosen billing cycle (weekly, monthly, biannually or yearly).
Payment is charged to the user’s iTunes account once the purchase is confirmed. To prevent automatic renewal, users must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through App Store account settings.
Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. For details about plans or pricing, users may contact customer support. A valid App Store account is required to maintain continuous access.
If the application is discontinued or terminated, the Company is not required to issue refunds for any remaining or unused subscription time.
Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the application will function without interruptions, errors, or security issues, or that it will meet every user’s expectations.
Use of the application is permitted only while it remains available on the App Store.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if the Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Updates
The application may receive updates periodically to improve performance, resolve issues, strengthen security, or add new features. These updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation through the App Store.
By continuing to use the application, you agree that such updates are part of the service.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. The decision regarding whether a change is significant will be made solely by the Company.
Continued use of the application after any updates take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
