Nexora is a smart home automation platform owned and operated by Mulasoft Technologies OPC Private Limited ("Mulasoft Technologies", "we", "us", or "our").
Nexora enables users to connect, monitor, manage, automate, and control compatible smart home devices through Nexora applications, services, cloud infrastructure, and supported third-party smart home platforms, including Google Home.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mulasoft Technologies collects, uses, processes, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information when users access or use:
Nexora applications;
Nexora websites;
Nexora cloud services;
Compatible Nexora smart home devices;
Nexora account services;
Nexora device-control services; and
Third-party smart home integrations, including Google Home.
By creating a Nexora account, connecting a compatible device, linking Nexora with a supported third-party service, or otherwise using Nexora services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Nexora services.
Depending on the products and services you use, we may process the following categories of information.
We may collect:
Name;
Email address;
Nexora account identifier;
Authentication information;
Account status;
Account configuration;
User preferences;
Device associations; and
Security-related account information.
Passwords are handled through our authentication systems and are not intentionally shared with Google as part of the Google Home integration.
When you connect compatible smart home devices to Nexora, we may process:
Device identifier;
Device name;
Device type;
Device model;
Device capabilities;
Device configuration;
Firmware or software information where required;
Online or offline status;
Device state;
Device availability; and
Device association with your Nexora account.
For example, device-state information may include whether a compatible:
Light;
Switch;
Fan;
Relay;
Plug; or
Other supported smart home device
is turned on, turned off, available, unavailable, or operating in another supported state.
Nexora may receive, transmit, and process commands necessary to control compatible smart home devices.
Examples may include:
Turning a device on;
Turning a device off;
Requesting the current device state;
Changing a supported device setting;
Changing a supported operating mode; and
Performing another command supported by the connected device.
If you voluntarily link your Nexora account with Google, Nexora may exchange information with Google as necessary to provide the requested smart home functionality.
This may include:
Device identifiers;
Device names;
Device types;
Device capabilities;
Device states;
Supported device attributes;
Device commands;
Device availability information;
Account-linking authorization information; and
Information necessary to synchronize supported devices between Nexora and Google.
We may process limited technical data required to operate and protect the service.
This may include:
Network request information;
IP address where reasonably necessary for security or service operation;
Authentication records;
Login timestamps;
Error information;
Device connectivity information;
System event information;
API request information;
Service availability information;
Security events; and
Diagnostic logs.
Such data is used only where reasonably required for service operation, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, reliability, or legal compliance.
Nexora supports integration with Google through the Google Home Developer Platform.
When you choose to link Nexora with Google, information necessary to provide smart home functionality may be exchanged between Google and Mulasoft Technologies OPC Private Limited.
By linking your Nexora account with Google, you authorize Google to communicate with Nexora for purposes such as:
Discovering compatible devices;
Synchronizing compatible devices;
Obtaining supported device states;
Sending supported device-control commands; and
Maintaining the account-linking connection.
Nexora does not request or receive your Google Account password through the Google Home account-linking process.
Google's processing of information is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Mulasoft Technologies may use information processed through Nexora to:
Create Nexora accounts;
Maintain Nexora accounts;
Authenticate users;
Authorize users;
Protect accounts from unauthorized access;
Link devices with a user's Nexora account;
Provide smart home functionality;
Provide remote device control;
Process smart home commands;
Report current device states;
Synchronize compatible devices;
Integrate supported devices with Google Home;
Maintain account linking;
Maintain service availability;
Monitor reliability;
Diagnose errors;
Troubleshoot device connectivity;
Protect Nexora services against fraud, abuse, or security threats;
Respond to technical-support requests;
Respond to customer-support requests;
Maintain system security;
Comply with applicable laws; and
Enforce applicable service terms.
We limit the use of collected information to purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy and reasonably necessary to operate and secure Nexora.
Information obtained through or in connection with the Google Home Developer Platform receives additional protections.
Mulasoft Technologies OPC Private Limited and Nexora do not:
Sell Google Home user data;
Sell Google Home device data;
Rent Google Home data;
Use Google Home user or device data for targeted advertising;
Share Google Home data with advertisers;
Use Google Home data to build advertising profiles;
Use Google Home user or device data for marketing unrelated products based on device activity;
Use Google Home user or device data to train artificial intelligence models;
Use Google Home user or device data to train machine-learning models;
Use Google Home data as training input for related AI systems or tools;
Attempt to identify a person from anonymous or obfuscated identifiers supplied by Google;
Attempt to reverse-engineer Google-provided identifiers;
Secretly collect device usage information;
Request Google Home information that is not reasonably required to provide Nexora's supported functionality; or
Monetize Google-provided device or user information except where expressly permitted by applicable Google policies.
Google Home information is used only to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support functionality requested and authorized by the user.
Nexora seeks access only to information reasonably required to provide requested smart home functions.
We do not intentionally request access to Google Home information that is unrelated to Nexora's supported features.
When functionality no longer requires particular information, we aim to discontinue unnecessary processing of that information.
To connect Nexora with Google, you may be required to authenticate using your Nexora account.
Authentication and authorization information is used to establish and maintain the account-linking relationship.
During account linking, users authorize Google to interact with compatible Nexora devices associated with their Nexora account.
Nexora does not request your Google Account password.
Users may disconnect Nexora from Google using the applicable Google Home or Google Account controls.
Disconnecting the integration prevents future communication through the revoked account authorization, subject to limited technical or legally required processing.
Mulasoft Technologies does not sell personal information.
Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, or support Nexora services.
Information may be shared:
When you voluntarily connect Nexora with Google, information required to provide the requested integration may be exchanged with Google.
We may use technology or infrastructure service providers to support functions such as:
Hosting;
Networking;
Authentication;
Security;
Monitoring;
Email delivery;
Database services;
Technical infrastructure; and
Service availability.
Service providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and implement appropriate protections.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
Investigate suspected unauthorized access;
Prevent fraud;
Prevent abuse;
Investigate security incidents; or
Protect Nexora, users, devices, infrastructure, or other parties.
Information may be disclosed where required by:
Applicable law;
Regulation;
Court order;
Legal process; or
Lawful governmental request.
Mulasoft Technologies does not sell Nexora users' personal information.
We also do not sell Google Home device or user information.
Mulasoft Technologies uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal and device information.

Authentication controls;
Authorization controls;
Secure communications;
Encryption where appropriate;
Restricted system access;
Network security controls;
Security logging;
Monitoring;
Secure credential management; and
Software and infrastructure maintenance.
Where appropriate, secure communication protocols are used for information transmitted between:
Nexora applications;
Nexora servers;
Compatible smart home devices;
Google services; and
Authorized infrastructure providers.
We work to protect information throughout its lifecycle, including:
Collection;
Transmission;
Processing;
Storage;
Access; and
Deletion.
However, no electronic service, network, storage system, or internet-connected device can guarantee absolute security.
If Mulasoft Technologies becomes aware of a security incident affecting Nexora information, we will investigate and respond as reasonably appropriate.
Where required by applicable law or applicable Google requirements, affected users, authorities, Google, or other relevant parties may be notified.
We retain personal, account, device, and technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:
Operate Nexora;
Maintain user accounts;
Provide device-control functionality;
Maintain account linking;
Maintain security;
Detect fraud or abuse;
Diagnose technical problems;
Resolve disputes; and
Meet applicable legal obligations.
Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
Where Google Home Developer Platform requirements establish a shorter retention requirement for a particular category of Google-provided information, Nexora will follow the applicable Google requirement.
Users may request deletion of their Nexora account and associated personal information.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that a deletion request relates to the person making the request.
After verification, applicable information will be deleted except where continued retention is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable legal obligations;
Investigate or prevent fraud;
Investigate security incidents;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce applicable agreements; or
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Users may disconnect Nexora from Google through the applicable Google Home or Google Account controls.
Disconnecting Nexora removes future authorization for Google to communicate with Nexora through that linked account.
Account unlinking and Nexora account deletion are separate actions.
A user who also wants their Nexora account and associated information deleted should submit an account-deletion request.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including the ability to request:
Access;
Correction;
Updating;
Deletion;
Information regarding processing; and
Withdrawal of applicable consent.

We may verify the identity of the requester where reasonably necessary to protect user information.
Nexora may integrate with third-party services, including Google.
Third-party services operate under their respective privacy policies, terms, and security practices.
Mulasoft Technologies is not responsible for independent data processing performed by third-party services outside Nexora's control.

Nexora does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
If Mulasoft Technologies becomes aware that information concerning a child has been collected contrary to applicable legal requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or otherwise appropriately address the information.

Depending on the technical infrastructure used to provide Nexora services, information may be processed using systems or service providers located in different jurisdictions.
Where applicable, Mulasoft Technologies will take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Mulasoft Technologies may revise this Privacy Policy where necessary, including when:
Nexora functionality changes;
New device types are supported;
New integrations are introduced;
Privacy practices change;
Security practices change;
Applicable laws change; or
Google Home Developer Platform requirements change.
The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this policy.
Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the Nexora service or Mulasoft Technologies website.
