These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexadecimal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Dr Storytime mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Dr Storytime is an educational mobile application designed for children that provides access to educational stories, audio narration, and interactive content. The App is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Dr Storytime is designed for children ages 3+. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4.1 Subscription Plans
Dr Storytime operates on a subscription-based model. Some content is available for free, while premium content requires an active subscription.
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings
4.3 Free Trial
If offered, free trial periods will be specified at the time of subscription. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time.
4.5 Refunds
Refund requests must be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Nexadecimal LLC does not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
All content in the App, including but not limited to stories, images, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nexadecimal LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App allows you to download content for offline use. Downloaded content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed or shared.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXADECIMAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
