NEX XO Tic Tac Toe ("the app", "we", "us") is a tic-tac-toe game supported by advertising. This policy explains how we and our advertising partners handle information.
1. Information We Collect Ourselves
We do not operate servers and do not collect, store, or transmit personal information ourselves. The app has no account or sign-in, and the game itself is playable offline.
2. Data Stored On Your Device
The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device only:
• Your Sound, Music, Vibration, and Theme preferences
• Your local match history (results and scores)
• The birth year you enter on first launch, and your advertising privacy choices
This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
3. Advertising
The app shows banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads. Interstitials appear only after a match has finished and you return to the menu — never during play.
Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation and the advertising networks it mediates. To serve, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, these partners may collect and process:
• Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
• Device and app information (model, operating system, app version, language)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, and network information
• Interactions with ads, such as views and clicks
We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Each partner processes it under its own privacy policy. Unity LevelPlay's policy is at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Your Advertising Choices
• If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's certified consent management platform. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options.
• If your device's region is set to the United States, Settings shows a "Do not sell or share my info" switch. Turning it on signals to our advertising partners that your personal information should not be sold or shared.
• You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's system settings, which limits ad personalization across all apps.
5. Permissions
The app requests the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) so ads can be served and measured. It requests no other special permissions.
6. Children's Privacy
On first launch the app asks for your birth year. If the answer indicates you are under 13, we flag the session as child-directed: personalized advertising is disabled, your advertising identifier is not used for personalization, and only advertising partners appropriate for children are permitted to serve. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at the address below and we will address it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in a future app update and published at the policy URL in our store listing.
