ALILOU Karim (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the New Year 2027 Greetings mobile application (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
New Year 2027 Greetings is designed so that your greeting content and personal creations are primarily processed and stored locally on your device.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information to use the App.
The App does not operate a developer server for storing your greetings, photos, favorites, or creations.
The App allows you to select a photo using Apple's system photo picker and use it to create a personalized New Year greeting.
Selected photos are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload your selected photos to our servers, and ALILOU Karim does not retain copies of those photos.
If you choose to share a greeting, the App provides the generated content to Apple's system sharing interface. You decide which third-party app or service receives the content.
If you choose to save a greeting, the App may request permission to add the generated image to your Photos library.
The App uses add-only photo-library access for this purpose. It does not request general permission to read your existing photo library.
The App may store certain information locally on your device to provide its functionality, including:
Favorite greeting identifiers;
Onboarding completion status;
Advertising timing and display state;
Created greeting projects and generated images; and
Other application preferences.
This information is stored locally and is not transmitted to ALILOU Karim.
Created greetings remain on your device unless you choose to share them through another application or service.
Certain features may allow you to copy greeting or wish text to the system clipboard.
The App does not transmit copied text to ALILOU Karim.
Other applications or system services may access clipboard content according to your device settings and their own privacy practices.
The App displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob).
Advertising formats used by the App may include:
Banner advertisements;
Native advertisements;
Interstitial advertisements; and
App Open advertisements.
Google and its advertising technologies may collect or process certain information to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google's services, this information may include categories such as:
Device identifiers;
Approximate or coarse location;
Advertising data;
Product interaction information;
Performance information;
Diagnostic information; and
Crash information.
Such information is processed by Google under Google's own privacy practices.
The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.
Where available, you can review or change applicable advertising privacy choices through the App's Ad privacy choicesoption.
Advertising behavior may vary depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
The App respects the consent state provided through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting advertisements where applicable.
You may also have additional privacy or advertising controls available through iOS and your Google advertising settings.
The App integrates the following third-party services:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — used to display and measure advertisements.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — used to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where applicable.
These services may process information independently according to their respective privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
The App does not currently integrate a separate third-party analytics service or developer-operated crash-reporting service.
The App does not require account registration or login.
The App does not provide a public social network or public user-generated-content platform.
Greetings you create are not automatically uploaded or made public by ALILOU Karim.
ALILOU Karim does not maintain a server-side database containing your created greetings, selected photos, favorites, or other locally stored App content.
Locally stored information remains on your device until it is removed through normal App functionality, application data management, or deletion of the App, subject to iOS behavior.
Content that you save to your Photos library remains there independently until you delete it.
Content that you share with another service is subject to that service's retention and privacy practices.
Google may retain information processed through its advertising services according to Google's own policies.
The App is not designed as a service specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly operate an account system or developer database for collecting personal information from children.
Advertising and consent behavior may be subject to additional requirements depending on the user's region and applicable law.
Because your greeting projects and selected photos are processed primarily on your device rather than uploaded to our servers, we limit the amount of user content handled by our infrastructure.
However, no device, software, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party services such as Google may process information in countries other than the country where you reside.
Such processing is governed by the third party's policies and applicable data-protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
