The New Wave Maritime Training and Assessment Center Inc., opened its doors to Filipino seafarers at Room 103, Bel-Air Apartment, 1020 Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, NCR, City of Manila, in December 3, 2024.
Founded and led by Dr. Mark Anthony A. Vera, a dynamic leader from Negros with a solid background as a manager in various maritime enterprises, New Wave embarked on its mission with a clear vision
Dr. Vera together with three highly driven office angels, embraced the challenge of establishing a training center that would not only serve as a foundation for seafarers but also elevate the standards of maritime training in the Philippines.
Fueled by the team’s dedication and passion for supporting Filipino seafarers, New Wave set out to provide quality training, career advancement, and a reliable gateway for aspiring mariners.
