 Mitch Bolinsky

State Representative Mitch Bolinsky is serving his 7th term in the Connecticut General Assembly, proudly representing his hometown, Newtown.

He is an Assistant Republican Leader and serves on the legislature’s powerful Appropriations Committee, Education Committee, and Aging Committee.

Representative Bolinsky is dedicated to providing caring constituent service to the children, families, seniors and businesses in town. His focus on economic development and job creation has made him a highly effective advocate for the people of the 106th District.

Marty Foncello represents the 107th House District in the Connecticut General Assembly, serving the constituents of the Town of Brookfield and a section of Newtown and Bethel.

Marty serves on the Appropriations Committee, Education Committee and Government Administration and Elections Committee

Marty proudly served as an Army Officer for 28 years, retiring in 2002 as a Lieutenant Colonel.  In 1999, Marty was elected First Selectman of the Town of Brookfield.  He served in thiscapacity for two terms.  While serving as First Selectman, Marty was called to active duty with the Army in Washington, DC, following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
