Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance Bussiness Administration or a related field
KATC/CPA Part 1 (Mandatory)
Minimum three years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in publishing, education or SME sector
Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and financial reporting standards
2. Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist provides clerical and front office support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office and supporting HR Functions. The role supports documentation, reception, office supplies management and internal coordination.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management
At least one year’s experience in an administrative role
Fluency in English and Kiswahili
3. Sales Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategy. This includes leading the sales team, overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth for the business. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably sales and marketing of educational books/ within a publishing firm, media, or creative industries.
Proven track record of successfully executing sales and marketing strategies that drive growth.
Experience in managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, market trends, and brand positioning in the publishing sector.
Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
4. Assistant Sales Representative
Job Purpose
The Sales Representative is responsible for executing field-level sales activities aimed at expanding market reach, increasing revenue and maintaining customer relationships. He/she supports the company’s distribution of educational materials by engaging clients, collecting market intelligence and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, preferably in publishing, media, creative industry/ sales and marketing of educational books
