Our laws and statutes

Murder or sexual assault is not permitted at any time anywhere. If person(s) are found guilty of murder or sexual assault this will be an instant revocation of citizenship including outside government intervention. 

Any acts of sedition and/or treason are not allowed. All will be followed with immediate removal of citizenship and deportation.

Non-discrimination policy. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind on the biases of race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or financial situation. If you are found going against this law, immediate deportation and suspension of citizenship for 1 year(s) will occur.

Attacking the king/queen, high council members, kings/queens guard, or bloodscale will be considered an act of treason.

Religious exemption is not a legal law in our kingdom. If you are found to be using your religious/spiritual beliefs in any way to harm/harass another, you will be met with a suspension of your citizenship for 2 year(s) and automatic deportation.

All citizens can choose to have 1 unit of duolingo high valyrian, latin, or greek as these are our other official languages outside of english. (It is highly recommended to take valyrian as it is our 2nd language)

All citizens must have 1 year(s) of emergency preparedness or combat training. With the exemptions as follows, mental or physical disability, or injury.

citizens of the dawn must remain in their zones unless authorized by the armed militia, king’s/queen’s guard, high council, or king/queen. The zones being the castle (red zone) which shall be reserved for high council members, the king and queen, and the king’s/queen’s guard. The inner city (black zone) which is reserved for the high council, essential workers, caregivers, and the bloodscales. The outer city (blue zone) and farmland which is for all citizens, farmers, hunters, and royals.

Person(s) found without a legal notice of citizenship will be deported within 48 hours of being found.

Application for citizenship is $10 unless you are a royal, high council member, sponsor, essential worker, or bloodscale.

Person(s) married and/or born to citizens of The empire of the dawn will be granted citizenship automatically.

Medical malpractice and any types of business fraud will not be tolerated. If convicted of malpractice or business fraud will result in deportation, total loss of citizenship rights, and outside government intervention.

Taxes: every citizen is required to pay 9% taxes on all sales with discounts for some citizens. For tax brackets/rankings read form A3.

On every holiday all citizens are required to take the day off. The holidays are as followed: 

There will be a banquet for all Royals, High council members, and king’s/queen’s guard soldiers. These banquets will occur during the winter solstice, the spring equinox, the summer solstice, and autumn equinox. All Royals, High council members, and the king’s/queen’s guard knights are required to attend at the dragonfort.

Our currency is being updated and more information will be available once we begin on that project.

Stealing/drug abuse is also not allowed, and will be met with outside government intervention.

You have the right to free speech as long as said speech is not treasonous.

You have the right to bear arms, only citizens however will not have access to projectile weapons except for compound/long bows and slingshots. Only the Bloodscales, high council, some essential workers,  king’s/queen’s guard, and king/queen may have access to firearms.

The king/Queen may host special events at any time and request anyone in the kingdom to attend. Attendance is mandatory if requested, exemptions being physically or mentally unwell, family/job duties, and pregnancy.
