Issue : player will not complete firmware update eg. it can play DVD's but can't connect to the internet the system must update before this will work but it gets stuck on the update screen.
Current version M15.R.0197 to M15.R.0255
I got a screen similar to this but it failed to upload it was stuck at 0%
After about 5min it said it failed to update please contact your service administrator or try again.
The Fix - what I did was tried to update the firmware again but when the update screen was up I press the home button and it started to update very slowly but after it was updated the machine worked.
Note I am not 100% it was the home button if that does not work try pressing a similar key.
