Terms Of Use
IMPORTANT!
These are the terms of use of newplayer19356's epicness. Breaking them will lead to the actions provided. These are not guaranteed and different actions can be taken depending on the situation.
SECTION 1 - BASIC RULES
1.1. Abusive, harassment or bullying
This rule is something that happens in a lot of servers, Just like the servers, any abusive, harassment or bullying in the server will lead to a ban as your action.
1.2. Do not advertise.
Do not advertise unless you are allowed from an admin, advertising will give you a temporary ban, if you do this again, the account will be permanently banned.
1.3. Don't share your personal information
Moderators and higher will never ask for your phone number, credit card or other sensitive information, Emails are the only ones that we ask.
1.4 Cheats or Hacks are not allowed
Cheats or hacks are only allowed in games where there is no cloud servers, if you cheat in a cloud server, you'll be banned and we can take any action at you to avoid this. (Unappealable Ban)
1.5. Slurs or Racist Messages
Swearing is allowed, but because of child safety, slurs aren't allowed. If you use slurs, you will be deleted and you will lose all your XP and roles.
1.6. Do not put our game into third-parties
You are to NEVER put our games into third-party apps (or websites), this action is considered illegal in some cases as it is disrespectful to developers of games made by us. (Unappealable Ban)
1.7. Banning a newplayer19356's epicness Account from a company you're in.
You are not allowed to ban/demote (for no reason) our accounts from other services by using predatory tactics. If we done a mistake, This should only count as a reminder. (Unappealable Ban)
1.8. Never try to claim to be a developer of newplayer19356's epicness.
This rule for security reasons for anyone to know who actually works at newplayer19356's epicness, in cases like this, you can check their newplayer19356's epicness account (by simply clicking on their Discord name) and see if they do have this
@Developer
role. If they do not have the claimed role as a developer, report it to us and they will be banned for 3 days.
1.9. Do not Mass spam roles or messages.
Spamming harrassment, bullying abusive content, slurs or racist messages, personal information and advertisements (even with permission) can get you banned for at least 1 day depending on how much you spammed and what rules you broke. Read 1.5, 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1 to see according punishments.
1.9.1 Publishing malware or trying to hack people
By publishing viruses, scams, IP grabbers, device payloads, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware and adware to the forums or anywhere will get you banned. *(Unappealable ban)*
SECTION 2 - AGE RESTRICTIONS
2. Submitting a report, support or even using our services
To use newplayer19356's epicness, You have to be legally 13 years old or older. If you are a minor under the legal age of 13, first of all, you must delete your newplayer19356's epicness Account, as it removes ALL the data on your account, if you linked your Mocial Account, you may also get unlinked.
Then, once you have done that, go to settings, click 'Edit' or what it is called for you, then click "Delete Account". This is due to Discord requiring users to be atleast 13 years old.
You are allowed to make a new Discord account (and/or Mocial Account) and then make a newplayer19356's epicness Account once you are eligible.
All of the offline games, are excluded from this as they do not have your newplayer19356's epicness Account.
SECTION 3 - PRIVACY POLICY & AGREEMENTS
3.1. WE MAY COLLECT NO INFORMATION UNLESS ONES THAT ARE ASKED WILL BE COLLECTED, AND NONE OF YOUR INFORMATION ARE BEING SOLD TO ANY COMPANY OR ANY PERSON(S).
3.1.1. WE MAY COLLECT INFORMATION, SUCH AS

WHEN NECESSARY, AND STORED IN A DATABASE WHERE EVERYTHING IS SAFE.
3.1.2. WE MAY ALSO ASK EVERYONE WHEN YOU ARE SENDING SUPPORT IN ANY METHOD, REGARDLESS OF YOUR LOCATION, YOU MUST BE LEGALLY 13 YEARS OR OLDER TO SEND SUPPORT, THIS IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT YOUR EMAIL (OR NAME IF GIVEN) AND SEND BACK A RESPONSE.
3.2 IF REQUIRED, WE MAY ALSO COLLECT YOUR DATE OF BIRTH FOR SECURITY REASONS. THIS IS RARE TO HAPPEN, AND ONLY USED WHEN NEEDED OR NECESSARY.
3.3. BY STAYING ON THE SERVER, YOU FULLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE SAID BY NEWPLAYER19356'S EPICNESS, REFUSING TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN, THIS ACTION(S) CAN BE ANYTHING FROM A WARNING TO A BAN, OR EVEN LEGAL ACTION. NEWPLAYER19356'S EPICNESS WILL NOT TRY TO INVADE YOUR PRIVACY (LIKE YOUR ID, YOUR PASSPORT OR ANYTHING PERSONAL) UNLESS IT IS REQUIRED FOR VERIFYING.
YOU MAY ALSO GET NOTIFIED WHEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CHANGE, YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL, A NOTIFICATION IN THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND/OR GET PINGED IN THE DISCORD SERVER. IF WE EVER CHANGES THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES MEANS YOU AGREE TO THEM FULLY. YOU MAY ALSO NOT PUT OUR GAMES INTO ANY OTHER WEBSITE, THIS IS SOMETIMES ILLEGAL AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF THE WEBSITE OR YOU DON'T TAKE IT DOWN WHEN WE SAY SO. USING OUR GAME AS PERSONAL USE ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS.
3.4. YOUR DATA IS STORED PERMANENTLY UNLESS YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED, DELETED OR WE DECIDE TO DELETE YOUR DATA ALONG WITH OUR SERVICES.
**SECTION 4 - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
When valid, your responsibilities are to keeping your account safe, if your account gets hacked, we are not responsible for ANY damages caused. When you forget your password, password resets are really rare and if you have linked your Mocial Account, you can't reset your password, but you may reset your password in the services of Mocial. Appealing for a ban may take 2-5 days depending on the intensity of your ban, and bans that are only 1 day are automatically rejected.
If you linked your Mocial Account to create a new newplayer19356's epicness Account, you may read their terms of use, your responsibility may also apply in Mocial once you link your Mocial Account.
When you make something custom in newplayer19356's epicness, you own that custom texture (or/and) sound. You will be fully credited when your custom texture (or/and) sound is added officially to our game, and uploading content for our game is completely allowed no matter what.
SECTION 5 - YOURSELF
If you leak someone's personal information *(outside or inside, does not matter)* such as credit cards, home address and email addresses, you will permanently banned and reported unless this is public information. This does not count for home addresses and credit cards. *(Unappealable Ban)*
If you impersonate someone without permission, you will be banned for 1 day.
