There are plenty of accommodation options in Coventry and Kenilworth, as well as Leamington Spa. On websites such as Booking.com, you will see lots of hotels in those places.
We have a conference rate from the Holiday Inn, Kenilworth. To book, either call the hotel on +44(0)1926 855957; or email them on mail "at" hi-kenilworth "dot" com, and tell them you want to book a room from Sunday 23rd to Wednesday 26th June (3 nights). Use the booking code “UNI” to avail of the conference rate. The rate is £99 for Sunday 23rd June; and £140 for each of the nights Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th June, with check out on Wednesday 26th June. Participants pay on arrival, and breakfast is included. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, with direct buses (take either the U2 or the 11) to the University, taking roughly 15 minutes.
There are also plenty of other options with close bus links to the University. For example, the Abbeyfields hotel, Kenilworth, or the Indigo Hotel, Coventry The former has a bus stop within a 3 minute walk that takes you directly to campus in 15 minutes (again, take the U2 or the 11). The latter is right next to Coventry train station, and there is a bus stop outside, with a bus (the 12X) that takes you directly to campus in around 15 minutes.
