1. PRIVACY POLICY

Age Requirement:

NeWo is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

Information We Collect:

To provide the NeWo experience, we collect:

* Profile Data: Name, age, gender, and profile photo.

* Authentication Data: Email address or Apple/Google Sign-In identifiers.

* Location Data: Approximate location (Country level derived from IP), not precise GPS coordinates.

* User-Generated Content: Chat messages and image files sent within private chats are stored on our servers to deliver the service.

How We Use & Share Your Data:

Your data is strictly used to operate NeWo, facilitate matchmaking, and enable real-time messaging. 

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers only to operate the app. These include:

* Supabase (for database hosting, authentication, and secure image storage).

* Google AdMob (for serving advertisements).

* Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases (for processing tickets and payments).

* Authentication providers (Apple, Google) to facilitate secure login.

Data Retention and Deletion:

You have the right to delete your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account, including your profile, messages, and photos, directly from the App’s Profile Settings using the "Delete Account" button. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE & EULA (End-User License Agreement)

By downloading or using NeWo, you agree to these terms. NeWo is a platform for cultural exchange and global socializing. We maintain a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy:

You are solely responsible for the content, text messages, and photos you send on NeWo. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent ban:

* Hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind.

* Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.

* Harassment, bullying, or threats.

* Spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.

Reporting and Moderation:

To ensure a safe environment, NeWo provides built-in safety features:

* Block: You can block any user at any time. Blocked users will instantly lose the ability to contact you or view your profile.

* Report: You can report any user or specific message/photo for inappropriate behavior.

* Enforcement: Our moderation team reviews all reports. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

By using NeWo, you acknowledge that any violation of these rules will lead to immediate account termination without prior notice.
