COVID-19 Guidelines

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have completed enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our building. We will continue the regular sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces throughout each day and enhanced cleaning and sanitizing at the close of each day. Our facility will be adhering to the CDC guidelines for reopening child care facilities which can be found at www.cdc.gov.

Additionally we will implementing the following guidelines and restrictions:

1. Access to the building will be restricted to employees and students only. Curbside drop off and pickup instructions will be communicated.

2. Our operating hours are changing. The new hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7 AM-5 PM.

3. Employees and students are required to wear masks and to participate in a daily screening which involves measuring their temperature and assessing symptoms and possible exposure prior to entering the building.***Anyone with a fever of 100.4 and higher will not be allowed to enter the building.*** (We strongly recommend that you take you child’s temperature each morning before bringing them to school.)

4. Before eating and other times throughout the day, students' hands and clothing will be sanitized. 

5. We will practice social distancing as much as possible within the classroom. 

6. A designated “isolation room” has been established in our facility. Any child who develops a fever of 100.4 or above or any other symptom associated with COVID-19 will be immediately taken to the isolation room until they are picked up. ** It is mandatory that we have a working contact number for each child.** 

7. The child’s room will be immediately sanitized if a teacher or student becomes ill during the course of the day.

8. Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents are required to sign the child in and out of school using a QR code provided by the Center. 

9. The building will close for enhanced cleaning and sanitizing at 5:00 PM.
