Browse our catalogue here. Once you've finalize your order/s,  you can now place your order by filling up our order form. Wait for us to confirm your order.

For customized orders, send as a message on our Instagram account or email us at _newmoon.cocebu@gmail.com. Custom designs will depend on our beads and charms availability, we'll let you know if that specific beads or charm is unavailable.

REMINDER: All of our pieces are handmade, please allow 1-2cm difference due to manual measurement. 

We accept payments via GCASH and Palawan.

We'll send the Payment details via Instagram DM, once you've placed an order. (If you haven't, here's our order form). Kindly settle your 50% down payment within 24 hours after filling up our order form. Please send us a copy of your proof of payment in our Instagram account. If you haven't settle your payment within 24 hours, automatic cancellation of orders.

For the final payment:

Once we notify you that your order is ready for delivery or shipping, kindly send us your final payment so we can deliver or ship your order. 

We offer standard delivery via J&T Express. 

We also offer express delivery via Lalamove.  (applicable for orders within Cebu) 

note: delivery fee will vary based on your location, the customer MUST shoulder the delivery fee.

All of our beaded accessories are made-to-order, they're all handmade. Upon placing an order, please give us 2-3 days to make your order. 

For orders WITHIN Cebu, you can expect to receive it in 2-3 days and 5-7 business days for orders OUTSIDE Cebu via Standard Delivery (J&T Express)

If your chosen courier is Express Delivery, you can receive it anytime (within Cebu only)

We have a no return and exchange policy, especially in custom orders. We always double-check the picture or message you've sent us before making your order. All of our items are handmade and we always make sure to check the items before shipping.
