Police stated that a 27-year-old woman and her three-year-old son died on Tuesday afternoon after allegedly jumping from the seventh floor of a condominium in independent call girl Sector 95.

The incident occurred between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM, while the woman's husband and father-in-law were at home. According to investigators, the woman had an altercation with her husband and father-in-law, after which she went to her bedroom, picked up her son, and jumped from the balcony of their seventh-floor apartment.

Police Public Relations Officer Sandeep Turan said that people informed the police control room immediately after the incident, and a team arrived at the scene to investigate. He stated, "Both were taken to a nearby private hospital, but doctors declared the woman and her son dead."

Police said the woman, a native of Mahendragarh, had been married for about four years. The family had been living in the condominium for the past two years. Turan said, "The husband runs a juice stall at a court. The couple frequently quarreled over domestic issues."

He added that the woman's family has alleged she was harassed for dowry by her husband and in-laws. Turan said, "A case of dowry death was registered at the Sector 10 police station on Wednesday. Further investigation is underway, and action will be taken against the husband or in-laws based on the evidence that emerges." He also stated that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examinations.
