1. Smoking:

• To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is kindly asked to be confined to designated areas outside the property. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Pets:

• To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we respectfully ask that pets are not brought onto the property.

3. Quiet Hours:

• For the comfort of all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

4. Housekeeping:

• Daily housekeeping is provided for your convenience. Should you require any additional cleaning services, please let us know at the front desk.

5. Lost & Found:

• If you happen to leave something behind, please contact us promptly. We will hold lost items for 30 days. While we strive to assist, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

6. Damage Policy:

• We ask that guests take care of the property and furnishings. In the event of damage, we may need to apply charges for repairs or replacements.

7. Medical Help:

• Medical assistance is available on call. In case of emergencies, please reach out to the front desk immediately.

8. Items for Guests to Take Home:

• Complimentary Toiletries: Feel free to take home any unused toiletries provided in your room.

• Coffee Sachets: You’re welcome to take a reasonable number of coffee sachets. Excessive quantities may be subject to additional charges.

9. Guest Conduct:

• We kindly request that all guests treat our property, staff, and fellow guests with respect. We strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone, and disruptive behavior may lead to the termination of the stay.
