NHHS XC will begin our summer training Monday June 19th. We'll be updating the schedule monthly. Interested student-athletes are welcome to attend any training session, and/or reach out the coaches at any time. Coach Zinner can also be reached via cell (704) 517-6948.

We encourage prospective cross-country runners to come out and run with us this summer. We'll be adding additional dates in July as well. NHHS XC plans to run at a variety of locations in and around the Wilmington area; we like to explore and have fun, while building our aerobic bases. The team also engages in regular strength and core work. The plan is to prepare the body (and mind) for the start of the fall season August 1st. Let's go!!!
