The Imperial People’s Protector of the Sovereign Empire of New Greenia or just the Emperor is the head of state and commander of the armed forces. The Emperor’s job is to enact the laws passed by the Imperial People’s Assembly.

The Emperor’s powers involve:

1. Declaring National Emergencies

2. Dissolving the current legislative session

3. Being able to call citizens to war in certain situations such as the aforementioned national emergencies.

4. Appointing ambassadors and foreign ministers

This makes sure that the King shares power with other parts of government.

If the King is sick, injured, or incapacitated in any way, the Crown Prince will have to rule as Regent until the King returns to full duties.

The First Minister and Head of Government of New Greenia or just the Prime Minister is the head of government, and main foreign minister in New Greenia. They mainly operate as the “official” leader of New Greenia, although it shares power with the Monarch and the Imperial People’s Assembly.

Their powers are:

1. Appointing members of their cabinet.

2. Pass laws.

3. Start votes on bills in the Imperial People’s Assembly.

4. Declare war with the approval of the King and the Imperial People’s Assembly

The Imperial People’s Assembly is the unicameral legislative body that operates to make decisions on various topics in the territories of New Greenia. It is led by the Prime Minister, with every legislative term being 6 months coinciding with the general elections electing the Prime Minister and the members of the Imperial People’s Assembly. The legislative body has the power to vote on bills, execute the results of the votes and hold votes of confidence for members of the Prime Minister’s cabinet.
